Jacking transfer robot
The entry workhorse of the range and one of the highest-volume sizes — the most agile model in the line.
JS-U SERIES · LATENT AGV
Low-profile bodies that drive beneath a rack or trolley, raise the top plate until the castors leave the floor, and move load and carrier together. Eight jacking models, plus forking, tote, SMT and extensible-chassis variants.
POSITIONING
Racks and trolleys with legs and clearance underneath are the jacking case: simple structure, fast, lowest cost. If the body cannot fit but a pair of arms can reach in, that is the forking case. Totes pulled from a shelf level are the tote-robot case.

KEY MODELS
The entry workhorse of the range and one of the highest-volume sizes — the most agile model in the line.
One size up on the same platform — identical structure, operation and maintenance.
The one-tonne workhorse and the most widely deployed model in the range.
The heavy-duty version — same footprint and turning circle as the 1,000 kg model, so racks and routes carry over.
The top of the differential range, with a 100 mm stroke. Stepping up to two tonnes is a genuine jump.
The arms reach into the gap beneath the carrier and lift. For loads the body cannot get under.

SAFETY
{{ s.desc }}
The equipment's safety devices are the last line, not the first. The first is site management: marked routes, controlled crossings and trained staff.
SITE & RACK REQUIREMENTS
Four carrier types must be raised early: oversized pallets (they affect lidar safety fields), loads with an offset centre of gravity, black carriers (vision recognition) and non-standard carriers.
CHARGING & NETWORK
{{ c.fit }}
Machines, the scheduling server and peripherals all need fixed IPs. Wire the server and third-party equipment; the robots run on WiFi, isolated from the public network.

ALARMS & RESPONSE
Do not mask a problem by restarting repeatedly. Log the alarm type and escalate it.

Material form, carrier dimensions, single-trip weight, aisle width and trips per day — five numbers are enough for a first model selection and a vehicle-count estimate.
